Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Lexir account and the learning progress synced to it (the words you've viewed and your quiz history) at any time. Just send us a quick email and we'll take care of it.

1. Open your email app and send a message to steve@leafshade.io.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my Lexir account”.
3. Send it from the email address you used to sign in to Lexir (so we can find and verify your account). If you can't, just tell us which address you signed up with.

What gets deleted

• Your account record and the account identifier from sign-in.
• Your synced progress: viewed words and quiz completions.

We'll confirm by email once it's done, normally within 30 days. Any data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your device settings.

A note on purchases

Premium purchases are handled by Google Play. Deleting your account doesn't cancel or refund a purchase — manage those through the Google Play Store.
